> MasaQR is a waiter-free QR ordering system: guests scan the QR code on the table, order from their phone, and the order lands directly on the kitchen display (KDS); built for single-location cafes and restaurants in Istanbul.

## What the product is

MasaQR is not a QR menu; it is a QR ordering + kitchen display (KDS) platform. A guest scans the table QR with the phone camera, sees a photo menu without installing an app, adds items to the cart and sends the order with one tap. The order reaches the kitchen display with no verbal hand-off, a timer starts automatically, and staff are notified when the dish is marked ready.

## FAQ

**How long does setup take?**
Basic setup takes minutes after sign-up. Full setup including menu migration goes live the same day for most venues; we can migrate the menu for you.

**Do guests need to install an app?**
No. Guests scan the table QR with the phone camera and the menu opens in the browser.

**Do I need to buy hardware?**
No. MasaQR runs on the phones, tablets and computers you already have. No POS terminal or dedicated device is required.

**What is a kitchen display system (KDS)?**
A screen or tablet in the kitchen that lists incoming orders in sequence, tracks each order's timer and lets staff move orders between "Preparing" and "Ready". In MasaQR the guest's order lands on this screen directly.

**How do I migrate my existing menu?**
Enter it in the panel yourself or send it to us; migration is part of setup. Photos, categories and allergen information can be added.

**Is there a contract?**
No commitment. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any time. There are no hidden fees or per-module charges.

**What is included in the price?**
QR ordering, kitchen display, inventory and cost, reservations, floor plan, promotions, reporting, multi-language and unlimited tables/QR codes, all in one price.

**How does support work?**
Support runs over WhatsApp, during setup and day-to-day use.
